I listen well :) I help clarify the issue at hand, and then together we come up with solutions for you to walk out. I walk alongside you as you develop and grow in your confidence, healthy self-awareness and communication skills. I will help you find your voice. Boundaries; healthy confrontation; low self-esteem; constantly feeling rejected/unseen; general sense of feeling out of control; low areas of motivation; these are some of the areas that are covered. When it comes to heart issues, ie why you do the things you do, I help you connect the dots. I help you see what has led you to the places you are now and then together, we put a plan together to create a future that is hopeful and vibrant. I will help you set achievable goals with yourself and bring accountability to the table. :) I am in your corner! These sessions are $125 per session. Each session is 1 hour. These sessions can be done in person at my office, over the phone or via Skype, Wattsapp, Zoom.
